Quality Assessment
Our customer service team will review your request and may schedule a technician visit to inspect the furniture for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep; please ensure the furniture is disassembled and packed in its original box.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
